Proposals are being formulated to 'develop' Baltic Wharf for housing and to reduce the boat yard to one third its current size, but there is an alternative .

There will be a web site shortly that goes into more detail and invites feed-back on the proposals.

Totnes Town Council voted to support the proposals on Nov 2nd 2022.
